Directions For Use

One (1) tablet once (1) a day, should be used by sucking a few hours before going to bed at night, it is absorbed into the blood faster and the duration of effect is shortened. You can also drink it with a glass of water if you wish. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion. IT IS A FOOD SUPPLEMENT, NOT A DRUG. It is not used for the prevention or treatment of diseases.

Food supplements should not be used instead of a varied balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

It should not be used by pregnant or lactating women and persons under the age of 18. Car, machine should not be used and alcohol should not be consumed while using this product. If you are on medication, consult your doctor before taking melatonin.

The process of producing and secreting the hormone melatonin in the pineal gland varies depending on the daily time frame. Melatonin synthesis and release is suppressed by light and stimulated by darkness.

For each series of Planto® 3 mg Melatonin Orodispersible Tablet, melatonin assay analysis is performed by HPLC method and an analysis certificate is issued and after its conformity with the specification is approved, it is released and sold on the market.
