Directions For Use

One (1) ml should be taken once (1) a day. Add 1 ml dose to a glass of water (250 ml) and drink. You can also mix it with different drinks. Easily adjust the dose you want with the 5 ml syringe with 0.5 ml scale in the package.

Do not exceed the recommended daily portion. IT IS A FOOD SUPPLEMENT, NOT A DRUG. It is not used for the prevention or treatment of diseases.
