The principles of the Quality Management System implemented in our organization include customer focus, leadership, staff loyalty, employee satisfaction, process approach, improvement, evidence-based decision making and relationship management.

• The basis of our quality management system is the conditions set in the TS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Standard. Employees of our organization and all organizational units directly or indirectly related to our organization; in this way, it is obliged to carry out its activities in accordance with the quality policy of our organization.

• TS EN ISO / IEC 17025:2017 General Conditions for the Competence of Experiment and Calibration Laboratories Standard is complied with in the analyzes carried out in our institution.

• Error-free professional work is provided.

• The quality of the service provided to the customer (product development service, testing service, product production) meets customer and legal requirements. Analyzes are always made in accordance with the specified methods and customer requirements.

• All laboratory personnel involved in analysis studies know the quality documentation and apply policies and procedures during their work.
