Directions For Use

Three (3) ml should be taken once (1) a day. Add 3 ml dose to a glass of water (250 ml) and drink. You can also mix it with different drinks. Easily adjust the dose you want with the 5 ml syringe with 0.5 ml scale in the package.

Do not exceed the recommended daily portion. IT IS A FOOD SUPPLEMENT, NOT A DRUG. It is not used for the prevention or treatment of diseases.

Food supplements should not be used instead of a varied balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

It should not be used by pregnant or lactating women and persons under the age of 18. Car, machine should not be used and alcohol should not be consumed while using this product. If you are on medication, consult your doctor before taking melatonin.

R&D studies were carried out in the CT Pharma Research R&D Laboratory located in the TUBITAK MARTEK Technology Development Zone.

Melatonin is a small, amphiphilic molecule that is active in its main form (having both polar and non-polar regions) and has both hydrophilic (water-loving) and lipophilic (oil-loving) properties.

Its chemical formula is N-acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine.

Melatonin is an indole compound synthesized from tryptophan via serotonin in the human body. Tryptophan is obtained through diet.

Melatonin is a hormone secreted by the pineal gland in the brain with a special circadian rhythm. The process of producing and secreting the hormone melatonin in the pineal gland varies depending on the daily time frame. Melatonin synthesis and release is suppressed by light and stimulated by darkness.

Planto^® is in the dosage form of 1 mg / 1 ml Melatonin Liquid Solution, and since melatonin is taken into the body in dissolved form, it is quickly absorbed.

NO PRESERVATIVES!

Dose adjustment can be made easily with a 0.5 ml pipette measuring 5 ml, and in case of high doses, the person does not take a large amount of preservative into his body. Preservatives such as sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate are used especially in liquid products to extend the shelf life of the product. Custom Tailored R&D studies carried out for Planto^® 1 mg/1 ml Liquid Solution have made possible a formulation that does not need to contain preservatives. It has been proven that the product can be used safely during the shelf life of 24 months and for 2 months after opening by conducting a challenge test on our product.

High Pressure Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) analysis methods have been developed and validated for melatonin quantification and impurity analysis in our R&D laboratory.

For each batch of Planto^® 1 mg/ 1 ml Melatonin Liquid Solution, melatonin assay analysis is performed by HPLC method, and an analysis certificate is issued and after its conformity with the specification is approved, it is released and sold on the market.
